Legal Question in Family Law in California

Two people I know are involved in a child support case, and want to remove it from

the courts, is this possible.

Yes, unless the District Attorney or the Department of Child Support Services is involved. If not, they can always end the case by settling and either dismissing the motion/OSC or filing a stipulated order. If they would like the assistance of a mediator in coming up with an agreement and stipulated order, I have medation conference facilities in Campbell, San Jose and Palo Alto.
