perjury contempt of court

my ex lied to judge saying he didn't get court papers to get a continuence. I have text message from his sister saying he got the paperword because it went to her house and she gave it to him. This is purjury how much trouble can he get in for this.

it really doesn't matter because he's entitled to one continuance. might be able to use in during trial to impeach his creditability.
