Legal Question in Family Law in California
Is perjury always enforced in family law? my husband filed a response with the courts and provided false info. in regards to his expense declaration, and also stated that he has had overnight visitation with our daughter every sun to mon during the last 9 months of our separation and also that he visits with her every weekday from 3pm -5:30pm......he has never once done any of this & she has not once stayed overnight. he filed the attachment and signed it under penalty of perjury.

It is pretty much never prosecuted. Once you demonstrate to the court that he has lied like this, however, he is going to have a really hard time with the judge for pretty much any and all future hearings in the case.
