Perjury

My exhusband commited perjury in court I can prove this beyond a reasonable doubt. How can I go after him for perjuy. He has been stalking me for the last six years and I think I might have a legal way to finally get this guy out of my life...please help.

You should file a restraining order if he has been harassing and stalking you. Filing for perjury is not something that a litigant would typically do, a state or court on its own motion can start a perury action.

You can file for contempt if he is in violation of the court orders.
