perjury in family court

How do I deal with a Petitioner who routinely resorts to perjury in family court? Can I bring a motion for finding of perjury before the Court?

Deal with it during the hearing by impeaching his/her creditability.

There are several ways to deal with it, but a motion for monetary sanctions is probably the best way. Is the other side represented by an attorney?
