Legal Question in Family Law in California

Perjury in order to obtain a Judge's ruling

If a Judge ruled on a motion or a hearing but that ruling was based on perjury by a key witness or Petitioner, what is the procedure (code, law, etc.) to have that ruling or judgment reversed? Can a Judge's ruling be sustained legally if it was the result of perjured testimony?

Perhaps a contempt hearing. You did not have the impeaching evidence available at the hearing? Contact me directly.
