Can a person be arraigned two times in a contempt case involving denial of visitations, denial of payment for visitations, breaking court orders etc.?

How do I change a Commisoner that is Pro Temp in my case?

How do I file a joinder for the grandmother? The grandmother has been denied her due rights to visit the child since she has strong ties to the child?

1. Yes. Each act of contempt is separately chargeable. They can be arraigned separately or together.

2. If you have already appeared before the Commissioner you waive the right to object unless you have proof of bias or misconduct backed by admissible evidence. Bear in mind you will make a lot of enemies in any courthouse where you charge bias or misconduct without incredibly strong proof. If you are appearing before the Commissioner for the first time, simply decline to sign the consent to the Commissioner serving as a judge pro tem and request a permanent judge hear the matter.

3. Grandparents have absolutely no legal rights in child custody matters unless they are the legal guardians of the child.
