Can a person file for a anullment after getting divorce from same marriage?

I have never encountered this issue before, but I seriously doubt it. Once a court make a decision on a matter (i.e. granting the divorce in this case) it is very unlikely to reverse it. Perhaps you could appeal the decision and go about it that way or if new information arose after the divorce was granted that would warrant an annulment there may be a sliver of hope. Obviously, I don't know the facts so I am just trying to think of something that may give rise for this to occur. I think it would be a long shot at best. Posting specific facts in your case is not wise, you should call a few attorneys for their opinion.
