Legal Question in Family Law in California

Personal income separate from corporate income?

I'm in the middle of a divorce and my lawyer submitted a form interrogatories to my husbands lawyer and my husband only disclosed the income that was paid to him from his employers or contract employers (paystubs, w2's, & 1099s). He has not disclosed the income that a corporation he set up himself is making. He claims that him and the corporation are separate & thats why he doesnt have to disclose income paid to the corporation, that he only discloses income paid to himself (either from an employer or his corporation). Is this true? Also he claims that he hasn't received any income from the corporation he set up himself because all the income the corporation makes goes to the corporate expenses, & that there isn't any money left over to pay him or anyone else. And that any money left over for the corporation is very little and only gets reinvested back to the corporation. Can he do this?
