personal property

my husband and I are seperated, although not legally,he refuses to give me my personal items, he and his girlfriend live at his parents home but have completely seperate living quarters, he is incarcerated until Feb. 10, 2003, can I go to his residense and collect my things

you may need a court order to enter the residence of another, even if it is to recover items belonging to you. you may have a cause of action for replevin or detinue to get your items back, however, i would need more information to further assist you. [email protected] 562-743-1357
