A year ago July I was thrown out of the home I lived in with my boy friend. We had lived together for almost 5 years.At the hearing for the restraining order he had a lawyer who continued the hearing for 6 months, on the same day both my boyfriend and I signed a court order that said he was to place all of my belongings into a storage unit in my name and pay 6 months in advance.In Dec when we had the hearing to make the restraining order for life the case was dismissed because I proved he had been seeing and calling me. Because he never put the storage in my name ,or pay in advance, or give me only not even one half of my personaql property I filed an order to show cause because he did not comply.The same judge signed it but it was heard in a different court.The judge dismissed my case and said that because the case for the restraining order was dismissed it also dsismissed the court order from July to return my personal property.How can that be and what do I do now? My ex has put me through hell,lying,cheating,physical abuse as well as emotional and mental abuse.He recently took me to a motel and I ended up in a hospital after cutting my wrists.Please help
