pertaining to back pay child support

I wanted to know if there any way I can sue my biogical father for any back pay child support? Are there age limit to when I can sue him? What are the chances of suceeding this type of suit?

You cannot sue your biological father for child support. If there is a court order for child support that amount is due until paid.
