Petition and Attack

I am not happy with the divorce settlement because I was given very little time to think about it and was really pushed into it.. How do I go about a petition and attack to void the settlement ?

It is a difficult process to set aside a judgment. There are many grounds and many defenses. You will need to go to the library to research the issue, or you will need to retain an attorney. A set aside motion does require the submission of a memorandum of points and authorities. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
