if i petition in divorce to keep the house to raise a common child during marriage and respondent does not respond to petition what can happened? the house was bought with our money 2 months before our marriage in his name only because of his credit.

Most likely the court will reserve jurisdiction over the division of the house. If your spouse requests their interest in the home, the house would either be sold or you would be required to buy their interest out in the home.
