Legal Question in Family Law in California
I am the petitioner in a child custody / visitation matter. The respondant was given up to 3 hours supervised visits per week, drug testing and aa meetings. He is sending me 2-3 emails daily demanding information (he has been running from child support for 3 yrs) and insisting he has a attorney now, my question is do i have to respond to his demands at all or can i simply just send the attorney the response. Also i havnt rec'd any confirmation that he has council. please advise and expand on my optiions. Thank you so much

Since he has an attorney, you should reply to him asking his attorney to contact you regarding information and asking him to stop harassing you.
