Legal Question in Family Law in California
Petitioner filed for default. I got that request in the mail. Iam the respondent./ But I never recieved anything about if it was denied or granted. SHould i have.

So you are curious about the paperwork after your default is taken, and you are no loner entitled to receive notices of anything occurring in the case. HUH?

You won't receive anything from the court when the clerk enters your default. The next document you will get will probably be a notice of entry of judgment, on the default judgment.
