Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am petitioning for an annulment from my husband on the grounds that he did not reveal that he was an alcoholic. We were married in Texas in August and moved to California right afterword. He is going home to Georgia soon. How do I file in Texas if I am out of state and is unknown alcoholism grounds for petition?

I have no idea why you posted this in California. If you are going to file for annulment in Texas, don't you think you should be posting this in California?
