Phone calls

My x-wife is refusing to let me speak to my 9 year old son when he is with her. She has the physical custody of him so I only see him every other weekend. Any suggestions?

File a motion for a change of custody and visitation. It is quite common for a parent to have 1 or 2 telephone calls to a child during the week. These telephone calls usually last for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. The dates and times of the telephone calls would be set for a specific date and time.
