Legal Question in Family Law in California

Phyical address unknown

Currently have joint custody and my ex will not provide address of where my children are staying - With conversation with my children they tell me they are staying at her boyfriends place of residence the majority of the time - I believe I am entitled to know the address of where my children are residing - as this is a safety concern for me. Would like clarification - thank you in advance

Normally each parent is entitled to know where the other parent resides. There are some exceptions such as when there is a restraining order.
