Legal Question in Family Law in California

Phyisical and Legal Custody

I am wondering what does Physical and legal custody entile me too? I was just granted this but i really want to know if there are any conditions. I understand that if i want To take my son out of state i need a written con sent form his father. Can i do pretty much anything with my son, and he has no say in it? Can I leave a will stating that if anything happens to me, my sister will have legal custody of him?

Re: Phyisical and Legal Custody

You can do anything that doesnt violate the court order. As far as the will question, you can do that but it is unlikely to be enforced by any court.
