Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex has physical custody of our son. I pay child support and provide medical/dental insurance. She has taken him to the dentist and is now telling me that I am responsible for the out of pocket charges. Who pays for them?

Depends on what your court order says. Generally out of pockets expenses are paid 1/2 by each parent. Family Code Section 4063 covers this.
