Legal Question in Family Law in California
I plan on getting my name changed for religious reasons and I am on S.S.I. I was wondering if I would be getting a new social security number too, and also would the name change effect my credit score if my social security number stayed the same or not?

You don't get a new number with a name change. You file paperwork after the name change with the Social Security Admin. and they will issue you a new card with your same number and new name.
