pleading of joinder

i was married for 3 yrs and we are in the process of our divorce, will my soon to be ex wife have the right to go after my retirement/pension?

Yes. What you "earned" before the marriage and after separation is yours, she is entitled to 1/2 of whatever accrued from date of marriage to date of separation.
