pleadings are struck

my ex-wife took my child to spain and then sued me in california for child support, which was temporarly granted, my attorny supeoned her for a deposition on her assets and she failed to appear three times( she was served 3 times). after the third time the judge struck her pleadings for support and sanctioned her. can she sue me again for child support?

In California the right to child support belongs to the child. Therefore it would seem logical that a new motion for support could be filed. However, the court order may have provided that she cannot refile until she provides certain information. You should discuss this with your attorney.
