police records as evidence

i am a victim of domestic violence and also involved in a custody case with the abuser. can i use the police report as evidence in the court case?

You can use the police reports as evidence, but over objctions they may be excluded as hearsay. If you are really concerned about the evidence I would have the officer come to the hearing and testify for you.
