im trying to get police reports from la. imperal county,ca.and riverside county,ca. for exemption so i can get my child back wish is my cousins biolodgical daughter and i had her since she come home from the hospital 3yrs.ago the mother abanded her new baby in oct11,2010 left her @the hospital for 2hrs. so c.p.s took all 3 of the children but in 2007.they took the 2 oldest ones because she was dirty 4 meth.how do i go about getting the reports i need?

Usually you can go down to the police station and request to review or get copies of police reports. You should contact the reporting police agency and ask if they provide copies to the public of their reports.

For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.
