Legal Question in Family Law in California
Police Took My 6 Year Old
I'm on disablity going through depression and now I am doing 8 hours a day at an out patient Hospital for therapy. Last week I called my bank from the hospital and demanded they thransfer some funds from one acount to the other, but the woman said the funds were not available for another 3 days so I lost it and said if I don't get my money in my account I'll get really depressed and kill my self then the woman said she would report that to the police. Two hours later my wife called histarically on my cell phone and said the cops were at our house with Jason (our 6 year old son who we trust to leave alone). My wife who is a bus driver was getting relieved so she could go home while I went and talk to the doctor about what I did so the Doctor called my house and explained to the cop my situation. When my wife got home the police said it was cool with them that our son was home alone.
On Thursday I got a call from my wife saying the police got Jason and there at the house. I didn't even call the bank or do anything this time. The police told my wife on the phone they were there because I wanted to commit suicide but this time they took our son Jason CPS.
We got our son back Friday night but we had to sign lots of paper work
