If I own a "popcorn ceiling removal "business that has no assets and no repeat customers and is very difficult in this economy and I go through divorce and the forensic accountant places a value on it . Can I say I don't want the business, or let's sell the business even though there will be no buyers because are no assets. And since we split up I've lost all my trained employees, The contractors license was suspended, because I could not pay Workmen's Comp. as there are very few jobs out there in this economy
