Legal Question in Family Law in California

Posession of Community Property

Long story short, I filed for divorce from my wife. She is contantly avoiding a

trial by delaying paperwork. We have community assets that are paid for,

including a fairly new truck. The truck is titled in my name. The previous

vehicle that I had was sold to pay for the truck in question. I have asked for

the truck in person and via a letter from my attorney. This truck is parked in a

public parking lot during the day. Can I take back a truck that is titled in my

name? At this point our legal status is seperated.

Re: Posession of Community Property

Ask your attorney. He or she have much more knowledge about the situation than you included in your question.
