Legal Question in Family Law in California

Is it possable

I filed for divorce in 91 i filed defalt in 01 so its now final. BUT ive been in a relationship for 8 yrs

and have two children. is there any way to go back and have the date changed making the records reflect a date prior to 93. or possablie the year i filed. I ''NEED ''to know if this is possable for ''RELIGIOUS'' reasons and if so how can i go about having it done. This is very important.

California Family Code Section 2346 allows the judgment to be entered "nunc pro tunc" or backdated in certain cases. You may wish to talk to an attorney to see if your situtation will allow that earlier entry of the judgment.
