Post Divorce Property Settlement
What form should my ex-husband sign after I pay off his share from our joint property while we were married. I just to make sure he can not come back and ask for more money. He keep changing his mind.

The document would depend upon the property that you are paying of the community property. If it is real property then you should have him execute a grant deed. If it is personal property then you should have the title transferred into your name. Otherwise you need to have a well drafted settlement agreement.
