Post Nuptial Agreement
I am already married but want to set up a contract with my huband where we agree to divide our assets and debts if we were do get a divorce someday. What form do I use and does it need to be filed somewhere?

In a genaral sense, it sounds like you are talking about a post nuptial agreement. There is no judicial council form, and they are more difficult and tricky than a pre nuptial agreement because as a married couple, you owe to each other a fiduciary duty that must be completely satisfied in the process of engaging in a post nuptial agreement.
