I need to prepare a post nuptual agreement. Is there a standard form available?

Because married people owe each other a fiduciary duty, I believe that a document as significant as a post-nup should be taken very serious and an attorney should be used whenever possible. While using a "form" maybe cheaper, it may not hold up in court under serious attack. I would be happy to discuss the matter with you if you wish to give me a call.
