Post-Divorce property

My divorce will be finalized on Dec 29th, but my ex still has many of her items at my house. Am I obligated to keep them until she picks it up or can I get rid of it after the divorce is final? She has had 13 months to pick it up so far. I would like it gone, but she doesn't seem very motivated.

You should give her notice that the property is located there and give her a timeframe to come pick it up. I believe once proper notice is given then you may discard it.
