Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have posted a question on here regarding the way my attorney has handled my divorce and settlement issues that have been going on for over 6 years. The unanimous opinion I have received from this site and another and is to fire my attorney and get another one and hope my current attorney has malpractice insurance.
My question is....do I get a new attorney first or fire mine now and look for a new one?

New one first. The new one will know what to do to get the case transferred quickly and effectively, which is the point of firing the old one.
