posting death treats or bodly harm to a person

i received a death threat and a threat of some one wanting to do bodly harm to me from one of my childrens father for the state of ca getting him for . child suport .I filed when my son was 2 yrs old and the good old state of ca. didn't make him pay a dime until my son was 17 `1/2yrs old now that they are making him pay he has decided that he would rather inflict bodly harm to me as pay back or kill me what can i do

You should get a domestic violence restraining order against him. There is no filing fee for this and there are domestic violence centers that provide legal assistance to individuals in your position. Also report this to the police.
