i've seen that there are post-nup forms on-line, for instance legalformsDOTcom, does a lawyer still need to be involved if i got the post-nup download completed?

You can use such a form, to save costs. However, for best results, you should at least spend a nominal fee to have a lawyer review it and make any recommendations based on your unique situation. This will still be cheaper than having a lawyer prepare the entire form for you.

Best of Luck!
