Legal Question in Family Law in California

Power of Attorney

How do I get power of Attorney revoked? 40 year old, Shannon, gave power of attorney to her ex-boyfriends mother. They kicked her out of the house and had her arrested because she wanted to come back home to her daughter. She wants to live here in Arkansas and get to know her kids. She is sick. She was put in prison. They use her for her ssi check. They do not care about her. They cant keep there bills paid, the ex-boyfriend is said to be on drugs. They mistreat her. We want her home. The mother said no. We have a stable home and means to give her the medical care she needs. They do not. How do we legally get her home. She wants her daughter to have power of attorney.
