Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have Power of Attorney over my soon-to-be ex-husband and I, as his representatitive or agent, want to cancel it. My husband left us and I do not know where he lives. How can I cancel the POA since he is the one that granted it to me? Can I just get it notarized saying I don't want to have POA anymore? Thank you.

You don't need to cancel it and you cannot. He is the only one who would have any reason to care about it and the only one with the power to revoke it. If you don't want to exercise it, don't. It's up to him to cancel it if he no longer wants you to have the power.
