Legal Question in Family Law in California

Practicing Law Without a License

I know a Paralegal that practices law as an attorney without a license, files false police reports and files false suits for personal injury. The law firm she is employed by is unaware of her activity. Please tell me what the punishment is for these crimes.

it is a criminal offense she can go to jail for. Get a copy of something she filed and send it to her firm.
