Ask the lawyer who advised you when you signed the pre-nup. If you didn't have it reviewed by your own lawyer when you signed it, it may not be valid. Call a lawyer.

It would depend upon the language in the pre nuptial agreement, and whether or not the pre nuptial agreement is enforceable.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer, and have the pre nuptial agreement reviewed. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
