Pregnancy and new job

I have a job starting in Sept 2007. (I am currently in training and was hired about 10 months before I was expected to start my new job). A month after I signed the contract, I found out I was pregnant. I due date is the same as my start date. Can this employer refuse to hire me now? Is it possible to ask my employer to extend my start date by 3 months? When should I tell my employer that I'm pregnant? Thank you.

You should contact an attorney with experience with labor law. Depending upon the circumstances it may be mandatory for your employer to accommodate you by allowing maternity leave.
