Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm pregnant, and i need to do a letter or something, to set the father of my child, free from any responsability, and economic support, while pregnant and during his entire life. I'm in california. what do a need to do?

You cannot do that. The right to parentage and support belong to the child, not to you, and therefore there is nothing you can do to sign the rights away.

Mr. McCormick is right. There is no legal way for you to sign away what is in reality your child's right to support from his father. The court would not enforce any agreement between you two, and could go after him for support as a matter of law.
