Legal Question in Family Law in California

pregnant with other mans baby

After 21 years of marriage I have been separated for 14 months. I am currently 5 months pregnant with another mans baby. (who is against me having this baby and i have not spoken to him in a few weeks) Do I have to put my husbands name on the birth certificate since I am still married to him? Will I still be able to get child support/health insurance from other man? If so, how do I go about doing this? Thank you!

your baby doesn't have to carry your husband's name. it's father will have to pay child support. it gets started with a petition to establish paternity.
