Your parent will determine where you live, until you are 18 or a court takes away your parents' authority. You can go to court and ask to be emancipated, but you should check with a lawyer to see if you can qualify to take over your own legal affairs. It may be even better, if you, first, check with an adult that you respect, to get some advice. How about trying your school counselor or a special teacher? Priests and ministers (and other clergy) are, often, very good at helping people in your situation. Even a trusted family friend may be able to help. Give it a try.
