Help I'm pregnant
California
My ex lives in Tennessee I live in California I am pregnant. He is going to fight to get 100% custody n move baby to Tennessee can he do that based on a better socioeconomic status? Or will it be hard for him to take can't since the baby is born in ca? Also will they really separate a newborn ftom mom when baby is being breasfed?

A person's socio-economic status is not a principal factor in determining custody of a child.
Just because the baby is born in CA does not effect the father's rights or ability to seek custody.
A child could be separated from either parent based upon fitness and ability to care for the child as well as ability to share the child.
In custody issues, there really are way too many factors that the court will consider.
If the father has economic means to fight you then I would very much suggest that you find local experienced family law counsel to help you with this.
Good luck!
