Legal Question in Family Law in California

Pre-nup Agreement

Me and my boyfriend is getting registered-married this Friday (12/1/08) in the state of Maryland. I am currently a California resident and my boyfriend is moving in with me after we get married from Maryland. If I am preparing for a pre-nup agreement(download from the internet), which form of the stateI should use? Maryland or California?

What is the legal process after we both signed the agreement? Should we get it notarized? Does each state have different requirements?

Re: Pre-nup Agreement

Probably doesn't matter. If you're getting married in 2 days, the pre-nup can probably be set aside because it is being signed under duress. Good luck.
