Re: Prenup agreement!!

California law provides that the income of the new spouse cannot be used to determine child support. You will note that new spouse income is entered into the computer program used to calculate child support. The purpose of entering the new spouse income into the program is to determine the amount of taxes paid by the supporting spouse. This often results in a reduction of the amount of the child support paid. Discuss this matter with an attorney, who can review all of the facts of your case.
