Legal Question in Family Law in California

Prenuptial Agreement and Divorce Filing

My husband and I have a prenuptial agreement, have no children together, own no real estate together and have never co-mingled our funds. Do I still file all of the same court forms in Orange County, California?

In a general sense, the forms are all the same, the way you fill them out will be effected by your pre nuptial agreement.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
