Legal Question in Family Law in California

pre-nuptial agreement

Getting a divorce//2 1/2 year marriage...signed a pre-nup before marriage which in essence said that I would get nothing if divorced. Because I gave all my furniture and household goods to his son...I have nothing. What are my rights?

You need to have an attorney review the prenup, it very likely could be invalid. Contact my office if you would like assistance or have any further questions.
